e automatically send one pair of free pins when you order Workhorse in the No-Closure version. We choose the color but if you want to choose the color, just type a note on the order at the checkout.

We no longer offer free pins - exception:  automatically receive one set of pins when you order Workhorse No-Closure diapers.  Otherwise, pins are very low cost, but not free. Pins are hard to get these days.

Lubricating pins by pushing the point into a bar of Ivory soap or other bar soap before using helps any pin slide, so do lubricate your pins!  Tip: keep the paper on the soap bar or wrap it in thin woven fabric to keep the soap from drying out.

Find the joy of pinning! I, Karen, truly love to pin. It's so cute and comfortable for baby.

LEARN how to use diaper pins.

As with any item you use on your baby, please inspect your pins upon arrival and inspect them before each use, just like you do for snaps on diaper covers and snaps on clothing and such. Never let pins go through the wash.

It is possible to sharpen pins.

Wasn't expecting it, but a free pair of pins came with my No-Closure order and they're actually sturdy. The clasp stays shut through a full wash cycle, which I didn't think cheap pins would do. Wish I'd known I could've typed a color request at checkout, but the ones they picked are fine.

Wasn't expecting much from the free pair that came with my order, but the metal is thick and they don't bend when I push them through layered fabric. The clasp has stayed tight after a couple months of daily use.

The pins hold well on the No-Closure diapers, which is exactly what I needed. Only gripe is you can't pick the color unless you remember to add a note at checkout, so I ended up with a random shade. Still, they get the job done for the price.
