Note from Karen: Swim diapers need to be snug to work.  They are intended to contain poop, not pee.  This is a very trim design so a very full-bottomed baby might not have enough rise in the back.   Size up if baby has a very round booty. Need something bigger than this XL? We still have some of the ORIGINAL Thirsties Duo SWIM Diaper in size 3 which fits 33-55 lbs!
